Arriving early is no problem: The room may not be ready yet, but Maria Alm is already waiting. We store your luggage and you can get started right away.

Yes – free of charge, directly at the house. Park your car and you won’t see it again until departure.

Free WiFi in all rooms and throughout the hotel.

Yes – with a single occupancy surcharge. In summer €20.00 per day, in winter €25.00 per day.

Half board with breakfast buffet in the morning and a 4-course dinner menu. Once a week there is a buffet or fondue evening. If you prefer to book with breakfast only, you can do that too.

The breakfast buffet is daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Dinner daily from 6:00 PM–8:30 PM.

Yes – the à la carte restaurant is open daily from 11 AM to 2 PM and from 5 PM to 9 PM. Reservation recommended!

The wellness area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation room is available free of charge to all hotel guests. Upon request, we also arrange beauty treatments.

Yes – our indoor playroom has its own toddler area, plus a fun park, table tennis and foosball. It never gets boring there.

Just a few steps. The Aberg ski center is right next to the hotel – put on your ski boots, open the door, done. No shuttle, no transfer.

Yes, the Maria Alm ski school is right next to the hotel – for beginners as well as for everyone who wants to work on their technique.

Yes, a heated ski storage room is available to our guests.

The Hochkönig Card is included for all guests – it entitles you to free mountain railway rides in summer and discounts in the region, summer and winter.

Yes – the Hochkönig Card is included in the price, summer and winter. With it you can ride the mountain railways free of charge in summer and receive discounts on many leisure activities in the Hochkönig region.

Our cancellation policy follows the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO):

Up to 3 months before arrival – free cancellation
3 months – 1 month before arrival – 40% cancellation fee
1 month – 1 week before arrival – 70% cancellation fee
In the last week before arrival – 90% cancellation fee.

No fixed minimum stay – you can also book for one or two nights. For stays up to 3 nights, a short stay surcharge of €10.00 per person per day applies. For the family room, the short stay surcharge up to 3 nights is €35.00 (summer) or €40.00 (winter) per day.

Upon arrival, we request a security deposit of €200 for our apartment guests.

Cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). The deposit will be fully refunded upon proper checkout.
