Pinzgau cuisine. Four courses.No two evenings are the same.
The day was long. Slopes, hiking trails, mountains. What awaits in the evening is not a mandatory program, but the most pleasant part of the day. Every evening features a different buffet theme, four courses, and a changing selection. Pinzgau cuisine is the foundation – what our kitchen team creates from it varies: Austrian classics, fondue evenings, seasonal delicacies. If you see the same menu three times, you are somewhere else. Not with us.
Special requests, allergies, vegetarian or vegan – simply let us know at check-in or discuss it directly with our head chef. He will take care of it.
Breakfast
Daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Fresh rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, jams, honey – and as much coffee as the day requires.
Dinner
Daily from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Salad and appetizer buffet, a choice of two main courses, dessert. A new theme every evening.
