The village centre of Maria Alm is a good kilometre away, and the bus stop is two minutes away – Advent market, Nightshow in the Magic Area, restaurants. If you have plans after hitting the slopes, you will find them there.
For those who prefer a quieter pace: cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths, snowshoe trails, curling rinks, horse-drawn sleigh rides. Winter in Maria Alm is more than just skiing.

120 kilometers of slopes, 34 lift and cable car facilities, Hochkönig ski region. You start directly from the hotel, no transfer, no waiting. For those who want the full experience: The Königstour connects 6 peaks over 35 continuous kilometers of slopes and 7,500 meters of altitude, from hut to hut, with mountain panoramas along the entire route. It’s best to buy tickets in advance in the webshop and pick them up at any ticket machine.

Trails instead of lift queues.Over 30 km of trails around Maria Alm – classic or skating, depending on your preference. You set the pace, and the mountain panorama is always with you. If you have had enough of the slopes or are simply looking for a different rhythm, this is the perfect place.

Sledding fun for everyone.Several toboggan runs in and around Maria Alm, for children and adults. Genuine sledding fun – not a theme park, but mountains, snow, and the rush of wind. The afternoon after a long day of skiing? Often the best moment for it.

The breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Fresh bread rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, vegetables, jams, honey – and as much coffee as the day requires.
Dinner is served daily from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM in our restaurant.

The Aberg ski centre is right next to the hotel. Put on your ski boots, open the door, and you’re off – no shuttle, no transfer, no detour. In summer, the hiking bus stops 100 metres away, and the cable car starts just around the corner.
