The day begins at the breakfast buffet: fresh rolls, jams, honey, cold cuts, cheese, plus fruit, vegetables and coffee—everything the morning needs. In the afternoon, back from the slopes or hiking trail, the terrace awaits with strudel, cake and a coffee that deserves the name.
In the evening, the kitchen takes over: a salad and appetizer buffet, two main courses to choose from, a dessert to round things off. Four courses, a new theme every evening, Pinzgau cuisine meets Austrian classics. Allergies, vegetarian or vegan? A word to the chef is all it takes—he’ll take care of it.

Anyone who has the same thing on their plate three times a week eventually just eats to be full—not because they enjoy it.
